Hello
I have been playing from the beginning I've been patiently waiting for the Ability to transfer Isk from Eve to Dust And from Dust to Eve. I am tired of waiting please speed this up in the development. I believe you would see more Eve Online subscribers because you can transfer isk from eve and can make more isk in eve then dust thus more eve online subscribers. If you are a Eve Player or Dust Player and agree please make your voice heard in this post. |

I quite agree with you there! My friend is a EVE Online player and he's just started DUST514 and is having ISK issues, and it seems that we cannot transfer ISK to our accounts unless it's done through corporation (or so I've heard), which makes this very bothersome for him.
Although I can see that there would be a few problems with the ability to do ISK transfer from EVE Online to DUST514 because as a EVE player, a million ISK is like nothing, while to DUST players, half a million makes a big difference of driving a assault dropship and a militia dropship, which would make a big change in the game because EVE players would be able to run Proto suites consistently and proto stomp while the rest of the people (especially newly joined on DUST514) would just be hurting because of it.

I entirely support the effort to get CCP to build a currency exchange between Dust514 and Eve Online. In the meantime, I'm operating a currency exchange. The rates as of Feb. 4th, 2014 are:

For customers converting Dust isk into Eve isk the rate of exchange is about 1 to 5 (smaller size batches are a little more expensive), so:
~2,600,000,000 Eve isk is for sale at:
52M Dust isk buys 250m Eve isk, or
101M Dust isk buys 500M Eve isk, or
110M Dust isk buys 550M Eve isk, or
120M Dust isk buys 600M Eve isk, or
130M Dust isk buys 650M Eve isk, or
500M Dust isk buys 2.6B Eve isk.
After the above pile of Eve isk is sold, the ratio shifts closer to 1 to 4.8 which would be:
The next ~2,500,000,000 Eve isk would sell for:

You can transfer to Eve, right click the player and "Give ISK"....they won't really care at your pitiful pock change. But you can do that!
Giving isk to mercs would completely break the Dust economy. |
