Came up with an equipment which can be deployed over a certain spherical area, for a period of 10-20 seconds that directly drains the armor of enemy units, while replenishing friendly units within the sphere's armor, directly bypassing shields. Best of all, it drains a certain percent of armor, rather than a fixed amount, so it can be used to turn the tide against tanked units. [NOTE: may or may not work against vehicles too, depending on equipment model] Plus, the Amarr Logi bonus can be updated to better utilize this technology

But that's just me. Noseferatu Grenades! They steal a small portion of the enemies armor, and cut their stamina by 50%.

I'd much rather introduce vehicle and infantry capacitors and then have capacitor warfare.
Tanks would run their active mods off of their cap.
Infantry would get active mods which would run off of their cap. |

Sounds like something you would fit on your Crusader suit. Module with X meter range, slowly disintegrates enemies armor while replenishing your squads armor or something like this
I will show you fear in a handful of dust.
Latest heavy weapon, the HMG, was added on 2012.05.04, almost 2 years ago.

That's not the type of vampire mod they use because you missed the key word of ENERGY vampire. They steal or nuke other ships capacitor. to make a very flawed analogy imagine if *everything* in dust worked off stamina and if you didn't have stamina you couldn't do anything at all - not even pull the trigger on your gun, walk around or repair armor, this is more or less how ships in eve function and the amarr specialize in more or less eating other ships 'stamina'. |

Know that, but, better get something to vaguely represent that (plus, something futuristic and cool), no?

Why not simply a beam weapon like the Repair tool which drains vehicle capacitor.

I would rather not have something than have something that looks like 7th grader failed at reading comprehension, because that's exactly what it looks like to me - a case where you missed one crucial word that set the tone for the whole idea and then you ran with the misinterpreted version of the idea. |
