I never really knew about 0.H until the war (I was still a nub) so I don't really know about that....I like the way Zatara runs the corp because it means I get paid :D and he's obviously a good FC

(IMO) The best Scouts would be someone who not only puts time on the battlefield but also in the knowledge of fighting and balance in real life. What I try to instill into new Scouts that come into R0N1N is that, you should not focus on your equipment or weapons but more so on your own natural instincts. Allowing your true self come to realization when fighting your opponent. I even allow our Gokusei (students) to RAGE (Kiai/Shouting is the voice of your spirit) because it allows you to focus and harness your Kinetic and Potential energy. Which was a successful tactic in the Sengoku period of Japan during the Samurai era.

I don't consider myself good, but that's because I don't use mouse and keyboard. But I am really good with the shotgun, nova knives, scrambler pistol, and the combat rifle (probably the best scout weapons). Grenades are a really good scout weapon. Don't use the scrambler rifle because it will murder you. I use the dragonfly scout 60% of the time, so I'm not really a scout since I have 0 SP investment in it besides the minmatar scout, which I don't actually use.

I run a minmatar scout with Shotty/ smg/ re. Bri bub, also from EB is a gallente scout. We are not the best but we have decent kdr and know how to utilize the scout abilities. Most of the scouts mentioned in the above posts are really good. You'd be good getting any of their help.
If you accept your limitations you go beyond them

I'm the best scout there ever was.
I press Play on my record player, Mozart fills the room and then I begin to stalk a random FRONLINE blueberry for 20 minutes. He had no clue he was in danger thanks to the 12 dampeners I equipped into my low slots. I slowly drew out my blades and imagined all different ways I could take down my prey.
My target feels uneasy. In a panic, he quickly turns around only to catch a brief glimps of me. He stuggles with a decision, torn between the urge to run away and his duty to stand and fight. The doomed soldier cautiously investigates where he last saw me, painfully aware that I can strike from any corner and piece of cover. He hears a faint sound, a wirring...
As I decend from the ledge, blades charged, thirsty for blood, I look down at my prey and only see him, and nothing else. In my mind, I recite a prayer. Cold words, secret words derived from all my lessons, all my failures... It was time to lay my prey to rest...
But suddenly an EZ mode rail rifle heavy suit popped out and 3 shot me with aim assist before I could even land on the ground. Why CCP, WHY!
I did everything right!
This is wrong... I want answers...
So then I go to the forums to ***** about all the EZ mode play styles and hassle CCP to make going 3-15 with nova knives a viable play style.
The PC and SL should fit into the Sidearm slot so it's accessible and practical to carry one.
