So I LOVE Jihad Jeeping, or if I'm doing it, "Irish Car Bombing." 
Occasionally however, I find that if I don't connect just right or if I can't build up the speed I need, my car bomb won't go off, and the tank either gets away or manages to kill me before I can make another pass.
Does anyone know if I can mix proxie explosives in with my RE's to get a guaranteed detonation? Has anyone tried it? Scenario being that if I slap a few proximity explosives onto the front of my jeep WITH my RE's, when I get close enough for my proximity explosives to go off, they should also detonate my remotes, in theory, killing the tank and avoiding having to hit at just the right angle and speed.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

a nitrous will help you get that last little speed you need at the last second. Don't be afraid to pull out and try again from a different angle.

Prox Mines will not:
* stick to Jihad Jeep bumper
* ride on Jihad Jeep hood.
* rest in Jihad Jeep passenger compartment.
^ I have tested this.
Your best bet at success is 10+ REs and a pre-impact speed boost via Fuel Injector.
I also recommend having a friend watch the minimap and setting rally points. Here's a Video Demonstration.

use the SAGA... dont ask why, just do it till CCP fixes it. (BLOODRAIDER/ISHUKONE WATCH dont work)

I had the hopes to create the largest over kill in the history of dust.
I had 3 types of boundless 3 types of advanced and 3 types of basics and was going to setup some proxies to but they just don't stick =(
I had to be satisfied with about 100k of direct damage.
that is MINE, one shot 56,785DMG... BLAZING GLORY!!!

I've never really had a problem with Jihad Jeeps. Half the time they hit me and they just go POOF. The rest of the time they can't get close enough because my XT-201's splash damage detonates their RE's so easy-like.

Try fitting a nitrous on an armor LAV. That should get you fast enough, though I haven't personally tried it.

The term 'Irish Car bombing' has already been taken
Irish car bombing is throwing RE's on a vehicle and parking somewhere obvious like next to an objective. When a redberry tries to hack or does hack it you detonate the vehicle.

As a dedicated tanker I HATE jihadjeepers.
As a fan of DUST 514 I LOVE jihadjeepers.
Very few things in this game get my adrenaline spiking like the sight of a jihad jeep on a final run in with me as the target. Serious pucker factor.... |

my favorite methods for doing thi is killing a guy while they are dropping their vehicle in, reing it up and watching while hey get in it . |

I disagree, the most satisfying RE kill is when you bait one of the gunmonkey killjunkies into chasing you around a corner when you've already dropped an RE on your side of it. Keep backing up and they walk right into the arms of death as they round the corner.
Personally, I like taking a few potshots at the ones who don't notice me and then backing around a corner and wait. Obviously I wait to back around the corner until I know that I've got their attention.
