I've been trying this today and I can't seem to kill anyone but myself.
Dropship
3 or 4 Remote Explosives
stick them on the front and ram somebody.
Prox Mines don't stick ?
anybody else try this ?

I'd think this would be redundant as the dropship itself would cost more than the HAV it destroys.

If you use the militia one it would be cheap enough but sadly it doesn't work. I tried it a few times but just bounced off and blew up next to the tank dealing no damage to it what so ever. |

doesn't work, the re's only explode because the vehicle explodes, drops ships have the tendency to to simmer before they explode.
now a popular thing we do is set re's along the bottom and have the user set them off while you hover over red dots.
it's not practical but it's funny. |

yes, this does actually work quite effectively in a way, I place them on the side of my tank and if I see i'm losing a fight I drive up along side the opposing tank for a nice double ko, if you place them on a friendly tank that you aren't piloting they can actually work as a shield. |

I made this work, once. But the effort required to make it work is stupid.
Basically, I fitted 7 REs to the front of a Viper, and hovered at about 150m above a Gunlogi in Manus Peak, intentionally hanging my ass in front of a Rail tank.
Once I was inevitably hit, I held her steady till the fire showed with about 120 Armor left, and immiediatly divebombed the Gunlogi below me.
Once I was about to hit I bailed and at the point the Viper hit hit the Gunlogi it exploded, as all dropships do, detonating the REs and the tank.
F****** lucky and f****** hilarious at the same time. Simply not worth the effort to try. But if you do, good luck :D

You don't need the REs, you just need to hit them from above with a MLT dropship, preferably a Gorgon. The main thing is that if you're seen, you likely won't collide with a good ADS pilot because they can outmaneuver you, but if you catch them off guard you can cost them upwards of 500k for like, 30k.

It works but you gotta crash right next to the enemy tank, not on the tank. Most of the time it will however reward you with nothing or an assist at best. And if this is all you do during the match you will get very low WP which means just go back to Jihad Jeeps so tanks actually have a chance to kill you before you hit em. |
