ive never been clear on what PLEX is, but I know it helps to pay for EvE subscriptions.
what about buying isk with money? at the SAME prices as in EvE? 
spend 20 bucks and never worry about isk again....

If you mean a plex we can use to play EVE i agree

If by "buying ISK with money" you mean generating ISK out of thin air (another ISK faucet) without player-to-player involvement, then NO. Terrible idea for the economy.
Alternatively PLEX should be given the ability to also be purchased by Dust players from Eve players and use it to convert to AUR and use that AUR to either buy more gear or purchase clothing from the NeX store that Eve players have. Let us dress up in something other than a dropsuit for once.

Plex for AUR? a little pointless as the LP market has much the same items.
Plex of EVE sub? We don't generate nearly as much Isk as EVE players, surely its not viable as an alternative.

Yeah, but no-one uses AUR in EVE. All it's good for is clothes for your avatar really. I actually have some on one of my capsuleers that I wish I could transfer to my merc since she's not going to use it ever.
When I play as a sniper, I'm more likely to be nearer to the opponents redline than my own.
