If a district is attacked before its reinforcment timer the battle should be that day,
there are alot of problems with pc but this simple fix would help alot,
stop all forms of district locking of course
and make it where only alliances can only enter thier own alliances pc battles

The problem with that is 'how do i mail my soldiers to be online in 2 hours to be ready for this PC?'
You can't expect everyone to have 48 PC ready members at any given day, which in reality would mean close to 96(48 for the 2 main shifts.)
Corp Contracts though could be the answer to that need for a within the hour battle.

You should know and be prepared if its set to the hour of your choosing, make it your gorps prime hour, in the case that i mentioned you know you wre safe pne your hour past untill the next day

I support this, if there there is no form of locking, no ringer and district can be attacked "at wish", 90% of the playerbase would be involved in PC.
Almost every corp in a alliance and every corp with more than 16 members, will be able to have 1 district, right now it sucks, 3 corps hold half of the districts.
PC should be an hard mode, but not only for the massive proto usage, it should be hard mode for the organization behind it.
Right now alliances have no meaning because of ringers.
I agree that mercenaries can be hired but there is a solution to that, every alliance can form a corp where ringers can apply and the leave after the PC.
1.8 it's so secret that nobody know what will be in it, even after patch notes...

i couldnt agree more, it would make alliances mean alot more
