If a majority of the guys Qing into FW have all four races picked wouldn't we all get equally bad bluedots, if they're on your side at one point they'll end up on ours too right? Since most people wont notice or care about which faction(s) to fight for at first, new players that have all checked and end up on the Minmatar/Amarr side often.

No its a simple player disparity between the long time members who have spent month playing this game, including larger alliances queing for specific factions, while Amarr and caldari as generally less populated with skilled players. When players who que for all 4 factions join, they are marginalised into Amarr or Cal FW as opposed to those who select only Min or Gal.
