I'm ringing (as a individual) for the on-going PC war with the factions at war with or for Nyan San.
I have yet to be in a Dust War though I as well as my corporation is neutral in all Dust 514 politics we play for fun & ringing is fun though we are on no one's side exactly so I thought "Why not? Be interesting as a experience." (Not to mention it's a relatively light political war.) PS: What i'm doing does not speak for all my alliance either.
I do not require payment just repay for anything lost per match.
I have 12 million+ SP
KDR: (Last checked) 1.14 - Highest: 2.0+
Been in multiple PFC's & real PC's alike usually making the top marks of the match boards. I once did 5 PC's in a row with no break.
I run the following as proto/Officer gear - AR, uplink, Amarr assault basic, Heavy Amarr basic (currently) - as well as other gear that's advanced miltia & etc. Though i'm especially good at Uplink, flying, flanking, assault, Tanking (sometimes), advising prior to match & Logi.
Though I act as a jack of all trades if you have someone that fills a role but is missing I can fill it to the best of my abilities. I can fly, drive & Tank (though I'm especially good at flying but still enjoy Tanking)

Minimum:
2.5 KDR ALWAYS!
12,000+ kills total
15+ kills per match (Skirm/Dom)
Proto links/suit/weapon/vehicle
Assault/Logi/Scout/Heavy only! No basic gear!
This is minimum to have! Any less is a scrub!

I has everything except that kdr, but it's a monthly 3.something.
