I am in a situation here were player Castor Crave is providing the Templar BPO code (from which I oversee the process of transferal) in an event I am organizing called the Dust Challenge Lottery. Rules for the current lottery are as follow.
Dust Challenge Lottery wrote:-Purchase = 200,000isk per ticket Deal = Per 1,000,000 isk = 6 tickets -Players may only purchase up to 15 million tickets. Additional reward tickets remain uncapped. -Alts on the same PSN account may not be used to purchase tickets. I will track this.Tickets Purchases are processed through DJINN B4lock Tickets may also be won by completing challenges - [Link to Dust Ticket Challenges] Technically, under the system of completing challenges the Templar BPO code can be 'payed' for without ever placing down any ISK. Am I still required to transfer the lottery page here? I do not plan to provide additional Templar codes for subsequent lotteries unless they are pledged by other players. Or, do I create topic here to officiate the exchange of code to the winner of a lottery?
Final thought, how are escrow services to proceed in the matter of code transferal?
Thank you for your consideration.

I will confirm that the Code did work and the ISK was deposited.
