I like Dust, but I don't always have the time to play or keep up with all these implants and things. I just want to throw money at the game and get things like Pilot suits, a worthwhile Plasma Cannon, PVE, deploy-able installations, actual MMO settings, better PC servers, more than one galaxy to fight over, meaningful NPC/PC relations, meaningful EVE/DUST integration, the ability to influence politics, play a setting that isn't just all Pop-pop-pop, have economics, open maps/worlds, better and more guns and suits and things!
I just want to throw ~10 USD at the game every month and get a little something for that while supporting such growth. I don't really care for Aurum myself, but maybe unlocking passive skill boosting for 2 or more of my characters with a small aurum/item(s) of the months stipend? Nothing too fancy. |

If they promised to make huge amounts of progress and make the $120 a year worth it, I would pay.

If I am serious about giving CCP more money, then an optional subscription wouldn't be the proper solution in a free-to-play game like Dust.
If CCP needs more money then they can do the following things right now and get it ready within the month if they like:
1. Introduce vanity items for AUR and allow us mercs access to the Eve Online NeX store so we can dress up our merc and get out of that smelly ass suit we've been wearing for 12 months straight without washing. You'd be amazed at how many people are willing to drop a lot of money for a little bling.
2. Introduce paint bucket system for AUR. This is the single most requested vanity feature in the entire history of Dust. People here are so ready to decorate their suits however they like even if it means paying cash for it.
3. Open up a player-to-player trade window and allow players to buy/sell anything they like for ISK. If boosters get included in the trade, then demand for Boosters will increase and the market forces of supply and demand will drive Booster Sales just like how PLEX has been lucrative for CCP so far.
In the meantime, I'll just continue to support CCP by simply throwing in $20 every so often whenever I can.

If a couple $$/month guaranteed we actually got PvE and something other than skirmish and baby skirmish game mode I would be down.
Yeah a paint option for suits would be nice.

That's actually genius! The trade would be people buying boosters (instead of plex) to trade for ISK. +1

That is exactly what I thought the game needed. I can't tell you enough how much I believe this would help CCP and the player base.
I also kinda think that CCP should re-introduce BPO's and let them be sold on the market but hay ho. |

BPOs shouldn't be re-introduced at all anymore. They pose a significant threat to the industry portion of the market once its implemented in the future. Since now the BPOs we have are no longer coming in, that means their impact on the future market will be minimal as the player base grows. So far, it seems only Templar BPO codes (what's left of them) and recruiter BPOs are the only remaining source and even then those recruiter BPOs are super hard to obtain. But I suspect those will get changed later on as player retention grows.

It sucks how people are willing to throw money at CCP and CCP doesn't even want to make it easy for them to do so. |

They did a survey about 6 months ago asking if people would like this - I answered "yes". Hopefully enough people agreed with me.
What will be your legacy? Will you rise, or will you fall?
