I'm requesting it because it's not really nice surprise for some poor Scout that decided to kill Heavy and suddenly he realize that it is impossible. If target of Repairing Tool have some kind of aura around his suit it would be really cool, or some info that he is targeted by someone in info containing his dropsuits stats.

Hmm, I want to say no. I think it is up to the player to use his best judgement and have situational awareness.
However, you could assume your suit has the capacity and technology to light up targets being repaired. And on this thought, maybe after a scan those units being repped would have a yellow carrot above their head. Thatt way it's not always clear or not if they are being repped, and scanners have more purpose in helping a team.

This would of been useful pre 1.8, but the range of repairers is getting merfed so spotting the logi will be easier.
Armor and Shields are not the same!

Not Minmatar logi's. they are getting buffed. And I feel a lot of rep centered logibros, myself included, are going to drop lore based choices and switch to suits witht obvious equipment use bonuses.
