When is the last time you played using the DS3 control? No, not just for a quick menu interaction or piloting a dropship, but to actually use it in combat aiming, while running around on foot?
Me personally it must be about 10-12 months ago.
Well I decided to use it for the first time again today, and I put AimAssist on. All I can say is what the f***. Go and try it out.
Seriously, go and plug in the DS3 and use it for a few hours playing matches with AA on. It sucks in bullets to an enemy, locks on to things. Its a moderate aimbot! lol.
KB/M is so gimped, and on top of that I am not surprised the TTK is so low now, and speed tanking has lost a lot of its appeal.
Hip-fire at an enemy at close to medium range and watch as you magically channel bullets into the poor unsuspecting enemy.
No bloody wonder....
I just want to also say I am very rusty with the DS3 yet I still killed very easily - just imagine what a pro on the DS3 can do with this. |

I last used my DS3 in a match on Saturday. For a sniper, it's terrible.
I can see that it could be better for closer ranges, especially with 'help me I'm a lousy shot' mode on. ;P
When I play as a sniper, I'm more likely to be nearer to the opponents redline than my own.

Can't deal with the camera, but yes, with AA I spray and pray...
Edit: I also strafe better with DS3
