Funny until George Bush Jnr got blown to hell only to be greeted by Elton John. Man Disney had some ****** up people back in the day.
For the sake of using what that vid is talking about, using sniper rifles to hit tiny weak points would be a great idea, like tiny areas that take 4k dmg if hit by certain ammunition.
Would sort the Sica/Soma MLT Rail situation. |

Whoah, I wasn't trying to recommend this be a game mechanic! 
Though, honestly, an anti-tank rifle would be a pretty neat Minmatar AV weapon. Obviously it couldn't be able to wreck vehicles as well as in that video, but it would fit the Minmatar and be unique.

Ya make if a sniper only thing that would give snipers more of a role in battle.
