PARKOUR PRACTIONER wrote:I just copy and paste I'm still missing something... Knowing BB-code scripts aren't really that hard to learn. You format certain pieces of text by wrapping brackets around them, like this:
[commandhere]text[/commandhere]
You type a certain letter/letter combination in the space between brackets. You write one letter in the first bracket box, and then you write the same letter, but with a / in front in the second bracket box, as shown in the example. Writing different letters and letter combinations gives you different results.
B bolds your text like this. U underlines your text like this. I adds italics into your text like this. Center makes your text appear on the center like this
There also slightly more complex BB codes, such as URL, quote and list, they work the following way.
With url, you type the same bracket boxes as with other commands, but in the first bracket you type url=insertlinkhere, and then you type /url in the second bracket. In the space between you write the text you want, which will take you to the link. It creates this.
Quote command makes your text appear within a quote. This is similar to the URL that you can optionally write a name for the quote using the same method, by writing quote=namehere in the first box, and close it with /quote . If you just wrote quote in the first box, you won't get a name into the quote box. This is using a name in the quote:
And this is without a name:
List is the trickiest to use, and requires a little fiddling, but still relatively easy to learn. You write list in the first box, and /list in the second box as usual, although just doing that yields this:
What you have to do is add a * in bracket boxes in front of every line you want to add into the list, which will give you this:
If you wrote list=1 in the first bracket box, your list will be a numbered one which will look like this:
- Item 1
- Item 2
- Item 3
These are all the commands this site has. If you click quote on the bottom right of this post, you will copy this entire text and show how it was formatted, which can help you understand them better. Hope this helped!
But on the actual topic, I want to be able to detach the shield on the side of my shotgun and bash people with it!
