Could the scrambler rifle be ANY harder to use??????

Yeah. John's right. Laser Rifle is easily are more difficult weapon (in terms of Amarr weaponry).
It overheats faster, has lousy optimals, and the damage is not that good against tankers or anything outside its tiny optimal. |

You may know me from popular clips such as 2 guys none spared, scorched hearts, betrayals by fire.
I am here to tell you on my proper use and handling.
I am very much a conservative weapon, and trying to be liberal with me will come to consistent disagreements about how safe for the environment I am. For one I am very hazardous to everyone's health and mishandeling I frown upon the most.
Make your shots count, I hate shooting into the air.
Be gentle with me, because if you want to play rough, I can play *very* rough, /bites
Finally while I may not have the need to be fed as often as other guns I do need to take breaks more often so allow me to catch breath especially when you are pointing me at a wall or air.
Stick by these testimonies and I can prove to you I have a far more ravenous appetite for brains than a zombie does for butter.

Going from memory here (can't remember if it's 78.2 or 79.2, I'm going conservative). Also can fire 19 rounds befor over heat, with Lv 5 ops:
78.2 GÇó 1.15 GÇó 1.10 GÇó (1 + (.869GÇó.10)) GÇó 19 = 2,042.86 HP/damage
If your over heating often, you're getting way to greedy. The scrambler rifle has the highest TTK of any assault type weapon in the game, at .94 seconds to deliver 600 points of damage. The next in line is the AR at 1.28 seconds. So you have time to relax. So just relax a little.
