Cant count how many times I thought I spawned on a squad uplink and ended up in the middle of a camp zone! Be easier if there was a way to see where my squad put up his/her uplink...espically when there is a cluster of uplinks in an area |

I could get behind this.
I could also toy with the idea of uplinks being squad only, but I seem to recall they used to be and people didn't quite like that.
I could also toy with the idea of having equipment limits (i.e. 2 Active Uplinks) be on a per character basis instead of per equipment slot basis, so that a Logi with 4 equipment slots couldn't potentially put out 8 or more uplinks, but still carry a ton for back up.

This should apply to all deployables, including explosives and nanohives. Can you edit the thread/title to make it for all deployables?

Lvl 5 uplink user. I agree with this. I only ever deploy 2 uplinks from my assault suit. Move to flank, drop UL and push so when back up spawns, they can be just that...backup.

spoke about this with my old corp mates about having each squad assigned a different colour so you can tell who's who on the battlefield. mainly usefull for PC where PC commander can assign different colours to the 3-4 squads (from a select pallette) and the members of that squad show up the assigned colour

Also would be nice to be able to designate different squad members as different colors so you can quickly see who is who during a firefight.
