I've seen the lists or required skills, which are for each component of the suit, but I still cant fit the bloody thing. Still grinding to get dropsuit engineering 5 and Light weapons 5, which will just cover my PG but I'll still be short on CPU. What skills does this suit need to be used as it comes? Seems pretty high, considering it's included in the WAR packs. |

Electronics at 5. apart from The light weapon skill I can't think of any other that might help with that fit.
And core fitting at 5 before you ask. |

Are you just lacking in the CPU or could it be that the suit needs skills in ie. Precision enchancement also?
By leveling up certain skills you get cpu reduction to the usage of those modules.
I think Nanocircuitry is one to give CPU bonuses but can't really confirm that from the wiki.

Even with electronics; core; light weapon to 5 its not enough. I think you have to get explosive to 5, maybe. Haven't done the numbers to be sure. Kind of crappy, a fully kitted suit you can't use out the gate. |

I'm at 33 mil SP and I still can't use the suit as delivered. I think it'll be tight with every fitting skill at 5 and I'm not quite there yet.

they should either make the prefits exempt from SP needs or make all prefits fit an unskilled toon.
as it stands might be worth running the numbers through the fitting tool before attempting to skill into it.

The good thing is you can change the modules to less cpu/pg intensive ones. I did and it's better now also.

I have 30 million sp, max passives, and still can't use the damn thing without changing things. Those skill "requirements" are basically just for the items on the suit, and don't actucally factor in the pg/cpu costs.
Pretty sure you need Assault Rifle fitting optimization to 5, the explosives cpu reduction skill to 5, light weapon operation to 5, nanocircuitry to 5 and maybe another skill I'm not thinking about.
They must have made that suit with max skills, and even then the suit setup still absolutely sucks. You have as much HP as a scout and the high slot modules do almost nothing for you. Those scanning modules are pointless. Only good thing about it is the equipment, but if you try to be supportive with it in combat, well let's just say that you'll die before your scanning modles even do anything for you.

So, was just playing around with the suit with Dust.Thang.DK's skill fitter. it's 1 CPU too tight with all 5 skills. and the only way it shows as working is incorrectly including the Gallente Assault and Logistics skills. So it looks like this suit is just a CCP troll to make people feel inadequate. :P |

I killed someone in the 'Remnant IX' Logistics mk.0 yesterday, though that person may have adjusted the modules/weapons/equipment to make it work.
