I don't mind heavies with light weapons cause I moonwalk around them in slow motion with my shotty. I snipe, but not in the redline, as in I'm at most 100meters away from you and I move after 1-3 shots so you don't get a bead on me. And I never place my nanochive, its basically saying I'M RIGHT HERE LODGE A KNIFE IN MY BACK. I also use a Mass Driver, Plasma, Flaylock, and mostly shotgun. SO CALL ME A SCRUB ALL DAY. I'm a scout with two enhanced regs or damps. Am I a scrub?

People who magically have more strafe speed than a scout in a heavily armored tanked Gallogi/Callogi/Galassault/Calassault (I assume kb/m is at fault but don't know for certain)
People who camp on installations for entire matches just to kill 2 or 3 guys who happen to not realize the turret is still there
People who insist that a tank should require 3 people to kill, thus meaning 6 tanks would require more people to kill than exist on the other team.

I really don't have a problem with normal redline snipers because
1. The redline is usually a terrible vantage point
2. 1 good shot kills them. Or a short ADS firing run.

Top two for me are fatsuits using light weapons, particularly in CQC with a pray and spray mentality and people who camp objectives or spawn points in a blaster tank for extended periods.

Those tactics are all reactions to game experience. Can't blame someone for trying to turn a heavy suit into assault, I really doubt anyone runs like that for long.
If anyone gets to feeling like they are just too good, start an alt, play your match or two in the academy, and then graduate into Dust 514. With no real money, little sp, and Scotty the matchmaker trying his best to keep the population to a minimum.
New players mistakenly believe that fitting more hp will increase durability. That faulty logic must come from... playing other games. |

I must admit I have rammed a few ADS's to their deaths with my MLT DS, however you have probably seen me fly so you know that if I hit the ADS there is a 95% chance I was aiming for something else.

I use Thales. If you think sniping is for scrubs, Then I deserve MVP Scrub of the Year Award. I was a sniper straight through 10,000 kills. However, I actually killed clones and defended points.
Of course I've moved on to different things, BUT you shouldn't label all snipers out there scrubs.
Besides, If you are having a problem with a sniper, You shouldn't whine about it. You should send a perfectly packaged projectile straight for his domepiece.

Personally I find any player who needs to exploit redline hills with Rail Tanks to be pretty lacking in skill, though I understand why they do it.
However if they are going to rail tank, and by god its not a ******* hard profession, they might as well man up and fight on the map proper. Also players who spam in squads 3+ MLT tanks then try to tell you post match they are better than you.....FYI you have 3x the fire power I do and I did take down 2 of 3 HAV before you got me.
I don't think snipers are scrubs but I do goddamn hate them, I have the worst luck with them. I also have no issue with proto users, except heavies who eat my shots with impunity...but again that's a game mechanic and one I am happy to see.
Again to reiterate the only scrubs I see are those who railsnipe from redline mountains in Tanks and MLT tank spammers. I have no issue loosing to a Maddy or two in a straight fight....but 3x Soma just makes me angry.

For me, I just hate Redline Railguns. In regards to those guys, they might as well be white whales and I'm Captain Ahab.
I tank...the only other scrubs I see are other tankers being douchebags, or wannabe scum who spam tanks...
