There is no glitching here for sure.
Lots of lag maybe and lack of client updates (severs seemed to be handing out the information fine though to other players it would seem)

I play in full squads all the time. Over the last few days I have seen this in game. When it happens its the entire game not just one player. In other words all players are rubber banding.

Yup you can send mails to every player and get the same echo back of what happened to you that exact moment...
