Minmatar goverment opened molden heat to us mercs right,and reason was we would take care the pirates and other antisocial elements And now there is immortal mercs ruling the districs and locking them up,so now no-one can go there or attack there. If i was part of leadership in minmatar i would be very conserned about this situation.So why minmatars just order/force them to open their districs? Ok this maybe in wrong place to post this,but dont care

First i have to say i know they can be beaten,ccp should open those locked districs.Do you think that in real world, country would rent/give part of land someone who brings there armed forces and then locks that place. this situation in molden heath is like usa would give north-korea ohio,and then they would let them lock the place down so no one could attack/monitor there.
