Recently I've had a hard time even playing this game for more than 20 minutes because I've played the same way for the past 7 builds. But anyway I just think this event would of been more beneficial after 1.8 because people would of spent more time trying to learn there new role on the field or dominate with their perfectly selected skill set. If the event was post-1.8, then I'd be grinding while wearing new suits and new weapons (because I saved my sp, as it was the only smart thing to do with it). And it would not feel like grinding. Plus, it would be icing on the metaphorical cake. As it stands, I don't feel like taking the event seriously.

But no SP events are not really fun, they are more of a super grind where everyone is just that more determined to proto stomp to get the grind done with quicker.

They just get you to grind matches like nobody's business, trying to stomp as much as possible to get it over with quickly. They only "fun" events are the ones that require you to do something specific (Black Eagle Event, Operation Shinobi, etc)
