I like the gal's CQC oriented combat philosophy over the Amarr or Cal combat doctrines I think the RR is a bit too effective at CQC and the per bullet dam of the CR is a very sight bit too high

I used the ar since beta and am not crying. I love it a close range, but the other weapons COUGH RR COUGH are way to good at a range they should suck at.

You're bashing a weapon for the wrong reasons. The rail rifle is a long range Caldari weapon, so I think a 15% damage nerf would be alright, and another 15% damage nerf to the scrambler rifle, and 10% for the combat and assault rifle.

Just please make the RR suck at close range, the ar is the close range weapon
