On the planet of Yulai III is a planetary facility on the northern hemisphere along the coastline, in the edge of a vast jungle. The climate is often humid and hot, but occasionally storms can hit the coastline from the sea, with big lightning and heavy raining, but thanks to state of the art forcefield technology built on the climate within the facility is always at a comfortable and slightly humid 20 degrees celsius.
It was originally constructed as a bureau for CONCORD, but as clone soldiers have become more and more known in the cluster, it was slowly converted as a hub for dusters of all races and affiliations to come together and socialize. The facility also received the nickname Summit, influenced by the CONCORD operated Intergalactic Summit.
The facility itself is huge and CONCORD-like in its design, covering several square kilometers in surface area with many of the commodities often found on a space station from clone facilities to market terminals, bounty offices and various different diners, bars, emissaries and personal quarters. The facility is divided into three levels, public, private and engineering levels.
On the top level is the public services and commodities of the facility, having a large shuttlepad and a clone reanimation units to let clone soldiers and capsuleers alike enter the facility. Inside are all the bars, restaurants, nightclubs and other public venues, and the large emissary circle, which contains all of the emissaries from various different corporations and other groups of people wanting to represent their cause. There were still many parts of the Summit left unoccupied for aspiring entrepreneurs to occupy with their own venues, for a fee of course.
CONCORD security personnel often mans this deck to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, and everyone who caused trouble would be swiftly detained and taken into the small jail located in the middle of the facility. There are several holoprojectors scattered around this deck too which allows for remote access into the facility.
The middle deck is the private deck which has all of the personal quarters within the facility. The rooms are designed after the standard mercenary quarter layout for each of the empires, with optional extra commodities available for a fee. The rooms could be freely rented or purchased by any adult with enough ISK.
The lowest deck is the engineering deck only accessible to the maintenance staff of the facility, where the generators, storages, farms and other necessary things to maintain a facility this size. Civilians need to have a special permit only given by CONCORD security staff, or be escorted by facility staff in order to get into the engineering deck.
The main area of activity was in the public deck in the Emissary Circle, which housed all the different emissaries, although most of the rooms designed for these were still empty and free for people to set up their own emissaries. From this emissary circle, hallways spread out in every direction which led to different venues that people had set up for everyone to visit.

Raven walks through a metal detector and into the center of the supernova of a faciality ((in a lesiure clone of corse)) dumbfounded by the size yet again "I never get used to the size of this place" Raven said surveying the interior of the building wonder what would happen if I walked in with a black eagle suit? Behind him stood a slightly shorter female, Gallente by the looks of it Raven sighed being by complete strangers wasn't his favourite activity

Denak exited the Eskola War Museum after many hours of discussion with people and watching through all the exhibitions, taking a final walk throughout the hallways and squares before heading off into his personal quarters. Keeping his arms together behind his back, he seemed to be sunken into his own worlds, pondering about things both menial and grand. He even seemed to be humming some tunes to himself.
