have it be a option in the equipment bar, and when you select it, all the controls do a melee move.

Light frames need to do a light slap, because that's how much damage they do.
Commandos definitely need a headbutt.

Wtf is a shoryuken?
The PC and SL should fit into the Sidearm slot so it's accessible and practical to carry one.
