Fried a few with my Templar LR - I laughed maniacally and wondered if I broke their spirit by killing them with the absolute worst weapon in the game.
CCP - Hey guys let's make a weapon that not only gives your position away, but also needs to be in an EXACT sweet spot to deal any damage and not have that damage value change at all through the different tiers! Hmm....we hate the Amarr, so let's make it an Amarrian weapon just to give em the finger!
