As for the requirements, I'm not sure, I can see it being at least sentinel 3 etc.

I'm gonna assume that the important sink-y ones are Sentinel 3 and HMG 3.
Happily printing ISK with permahardeners and MLT blasters.
Just let me get a couple mil more before nerf, CCP!

'Hercules' Complex Armor Plates
'Bastion' Enhanced Ferroscale Plates
'Steelmine' Boundless Heavy Machine Gun
'Singetear' Viziam Scrambler Pistol
All reduced SP aur items, so add shield+armor extension level 3 and scrambler pistols level 3 to the list |

Thanks that is very helpful. Too bad this isn't like Eve where things are auto-disabled when skill requirements are low. If I drop 3 million SP on the Frame swapping out the pistol would have been nice.

Haha, doesn't seem like it. You should never mix regular and ferroscale plates.
That said... I've seen worse

Hunter scout suit, by far the most poorly pre-fitted suit in the whole game.
As for the skills I believe it's
Shields lvl 3
Armor repair lvl 3
Armor plates lvl 3
HMG lvl 3
Scrambler pistol lvl 3 |

Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

Maxed PG and CPU skills and really all things heavy and sentinel. I was going to discard them into my "collection scrapheap" but considering how shiny/pretty they are I'm going to see about tweaking it back to what I prefer for my usual gang suit configs.
