Real Life Qualifications: -Bachelors of Science in Engineering. Trained in collecting both qualitative and quantitative information and then analyzing and presenting it in an easy to understand format. -12 Years Experience in Digital Artwork on both Commercial and Private projects,
Communication: Well written and able to convey complicated ideas into simplified concepts. Particularly skilled in using visual mediums to express ideas (Flowcharts, diagrams, ect.)
Expectations: Develop short to mid term goals to make the game more enjoyable. Also visualizing the long term goals and making sure the short-mid term paves the way for the realization of those long term goals.
Experience with NDAs: IGÇÖve participated in several game Betas that have required I sign an NDA to participate. In addition I have done some graphic work for a small company that required I sign an NDA.
Availability: High. Normal work hours (8-5). CEO of a corporation but most duties have been delegated to officers and directors.

EVE Experience: Generalized background with basic to moderate understanding of nearly all EVE systems. Spent time in all spaces (High Sec, Low Sec, Null Sec, and Wormholes). Primarily an Industrialist and PvE player with some PvP experience (Though I can't say I was particularly good at it )
Gaming Background: Overall I have a wide range of gaming experience and love a wide range of genres and themes. I got started back on Super Mario for the NES when it first game out and the addiction has just gotten progressively worse over the years. However my love for theory-crafting didnGÇÖt come until I heard about Dust and started playing EVE. I think it really exploded once I got into the Dust beta and started thinking about how the players could help shape a game of this magnitude. After that I dove into it head first and havenGÇÖt looked back since.
