If a Minmatar came across a hungry puppy in the woods, they would kill it for no good reason.
If a Gallente came across a hungry puppy in the woods, they use it like Sarah McLachlan (pet abuse commercials), then forget about it.
If a Caldari came across a hungry puppy in the woods, they would eat it.
If an amarr came across a hungry puppy in the woods, they would teach it to hate Minmatar.
While there is no better place to be wealthy than the Gallente Federation, there is no hell worse for the poor either.

If a Amarr came across a hungry puppy in the woods, they would enslave it and inject it with vitoc (method used to control slaves to keep them from running away, the subject will die of a horrible death if they don't get a constant supply of antidote, so you die if you run away).

Gallente would rescue the puppy and put it in an animal shelter unaware they put puppies down after 10 days.
Amarr Would raise it to would keep slaves from escaping and protect their children.
Caldari would find a way to clone it for capital investments in owning a dog.
Minmatar would just eat it.

If a Gallente came across a puppy in the wood they'd take it, take care of it but wouldn't let it go. Even if the rightful owner came along.

If Minmatar came across a puppy in the woods they'd eat it.
If Amarr came across a puppy in the woods, depending on what breed it is, they may capture it and treat it nicely or just capture it and use it for a work dog and mistreat it. After all, some dogs have to learn what it means to be devoted. |

If a Gallente came across a puppy in the woods, they would make a law preventing people from bothering wild puppies in the woods, but ultimately the law would not be passed until long after the puppy died of old age.
If an Amarr came across a puppy in the woods, they would train it to hunt slaves, or if they were in the process of hunting slaves, they would feed the puppy to one of their already-trained slave hunting dogs.

Amarr would Teach it about the holy emperess and apoint it a dog preist to go and spread the word to all space dog kind.
Galente would Shoot it full of drugs so it forgot how hungry it was and then watch it starve to death saying it was free to the end.
Caldari would atach armor and a missle launcher to it and send it into battle
Minmatar would teach it to rescue space dock workers from rust holes in the plating. |
