Hey guys, I know a lot of you aren't even remotely interested, but recently I've been creating squads for fun where I'll narrate things in a moviephone voice, (or one of a few accents/impersonations) for optional, (if only mildly encouraged) donations of the askers choice.
Now while that doesn't sound like fun, I assure you it always has been met with great enthusiasm from a majority of the people that join, and generally it ends up turning into a late night talk show-esqe squad with 6 people just chewin' the fat having a decent time taking time off from the grind.
After having to answer peoples questions of, "When are you going to do this again?" and not having an answer for it because it's not something set in stone, and upon finding that there are others in dust that have a passion for their voice, I've created a new channel:
Epic Voice Time
This will be the channel where I can tell those that are interested when I'm setting up the official squads, as well as take impromptu requests when the squad is not going or if they are unable to join.
In addition it is also a chat channel for others like me who to get together and market ourselves, or for those who are in need of a voice and are looking to potentially hire.
Whenever I'm in the squad, I always refer to it as , "The Squad of Good Times," because it is, and I'd like to extend the good times to this chat channel. So if you'd like to try it out and have a good time, feel free to join us, if not thanks for your time here anyways!

I saw one of your squads today in the finder. "Will use epic voice for ISK" or something. Gave me a chuckle even if I didn't join.

Someone had me do a line about 42 being the answer last night actually. A lot of pick up lines as well with a smattering of movie trailers, was a good time. |
