Iv seen stats but no confirmation.

Theres no confirmation exactly. But if CCP doesn't release those suits on 1.8 after they've been posting so much about them, and theres been so much hype, then CCP may actually be stupid. (I don't think they are though).

Extremely unlikely to be just hype. If CCP has posted stats for this kind of stuff, then it's likely will see the stuff pretty soon (without the TM).
And judging by the reception here in the forums, everyone seems to like the stats.
