Find a fitting tool to help make it easier to view and figure out what you can actually fit within the CPU and PG parameters. My favorite fitting tool is http://www.protofits.com/ , but that one hasn't been updated for 1.8 first-round stats yet. The one I used my crafting can be found here, https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=67188 Once you get it going, just move over to the dropsuit data tab and rename one of the suits to your preferred suit and fill in the stats. And I realize scouts don't know the fitting costs of cloaks yet, so just fit everything but that cloak and share how much extra fitting space you have. So I'll start. I've put together a handful of Commando fits, one for each tier of Amarr and one for each race's proto. When fitting I tried to stick to the same mindset for all races, mainly using complex modules before proto weapons. I noticed a couple things. One, even though the suit prices were lowered the fits are still more expensive simply because that second light weapon is more expensive than a sidearm (doesn't really show in a few of the proto fits because I used advanced weaponry), but with the sort of stats these suits are cranking out I'm fine with that. And two, it looks like the Gallente proto commando will be the easiest to fit, it's the only one I was able to get fit two proto weapons without sacrificing any proto modules. Also the Amarr Commando ended up with a lot of excess CPU, but I figure you could take advantage of that by fitting say remote explosives which are CPU intensive.
