Dear Mr Red Dot:
I would like to congratulate you on your boldness. I was very impressed to see you decide to hunt me down on foot, jumping out of your Rail Soma. I was immediately overcome with fear, to see you charge me in your militia assult suit, and counted myself quite lucky to not only succeed in avoiding death, but also in killing your fearsome suit.
My apologies to your Gunloggi teammate, however. Please be sure to pass along that I didn't want to kill him with your Soma, and that the Rail gun was malfunctioning, sending round after round into him. I was sure to run both hardeners you put on the Soma, to avoid scratches, during this malfunction.
I also owe you an apology as well, Mr Red Dot. I realized after the malfunction that I should probably return your Soma to you. I parked the Soma directly under your MCC, safely in the red zone where surely no one would think to harm it while you returned to the driver's seat. I am thankful that I was able to calmly walk back out of the red zone without any of your compatriots seeing me.
Sadly, I did note that your Soma did explode, as I watched in horror, in the red zone. I'm not sure what happened, or why it exploded. I hope you bear me no ill will for this, sir.
I would offer you repayment for the Soma, but in truth I don't think its destruction was my fault. I would encourage you to contact your local Geiko office; perhaps when you switched to them to save 15% on your insurance payment your new policy included accidental explosions. That little gecko is quite a nice guy - though I think Flo might be a better choice.

He couldn't file a lawsuit anyways.
The DUST forums don't have a Crime & Punishment section.
Kill 1 and 7 more come right back.
Makes you wonder if tankers are like zombies.
Although, that would explain a lot.
