I believe it needs to be 35 or lower. It seems to round up even if you're at something like 35.05.

Well damn. Trying out unconventional fittings but I still get scanned. I don't know who uses basic scanners because I still block some. Thanks, Arkenai.

Gallente Scout. Skill up to level 3, and use advanced dampners. One of them is enough to block advanced scanners. |

ADV cal logi. I can achieve low enough profile with level 4 dampening, one enhanced and one basic dampner.
But I need level 5 to go 35 profile with one enhanced damner. You see - I like being first in the match and I still enjoy changing to fittings I suck with, shotgun wielding, for example.

But yes, when I can't scan you, I'll bring out my 15db because nobody runs a Gal Scout with 4 Complex Damps.
