i hear allot of people talking about running scrambler rifles on it has no one desired what i do
a fast forever sprinting light suit witha pistol asa side arm and an insta frying lr ..being a nynja peaking out at 80m insta frying some dudes and the vanishing..rinse wash repeat...
i cant wait for my amar scout you can expect a beam of death to start appearing all throughout new eden like a ninja.
amar scout +lr = epicness
jihhhaders = av lvl 0
swarm master = av lvl 99+

Translation:

just putting this out there, if you plan on beig a bunny hopping king/queen with tha Amar scout you will soon realize that no matter how many stamina mods you have you will never reach your goal.
Now on the other hand, i may go 1 lvl deep just to try it out but i have no desire to run a marathon. However, i am really drawn to the cal and gal scouts. That gal scout still allows me to hide from scanners and the cal with its bonus to scan precision and radius will give me a 6th sense. Seriously i stacked 2 enhanced precision mods and range amps on my gal scout yesterday... OMG my radar never worked so good.

The bonus that the amarr scout gets is less than one basic stamina mod.
Every other scouts AT LEAST gets the equivalent of one STD mod, most get the equivalent of a CMPX mod to their respective bonus.
The PC and SL should fit into the Sidearm slot so it's accessible and practical to carry one.

Don't forget the fact that the Amarr scout will have better base stamina and stamina regen stats than the other suits.
The Cal and Gal scouts will be able to sprint for 20 seconds and take 6.66 seconds to recover stamina.
The Min scout will be able to sprint 21 seconds and take 6 seconds to recover stamina.
The base Amarr scout will be able to sprint for 22.5 seconds and take 5.625 seconds to recover.
At level 3 it will be able to sprint for 25.845 seconds with the same recover time.
At level 5 it will be able to sprint for 28.125 seconds with the same recovery time.
If you put a standard Cardiac regulator on a min scout, you'd be able to sprint for 26.25 seconds and recover in 5 seconds. Arguably not as good as a level 5 Amarr scout as the extra 2 seconds of sprint time could save your life compared to .5 seconds less recovery time.
