I have had profiency since just after uprising, just a hard weapon to use, every time I pick the ******* thing up CCP have screwed with it.
I remember the lol LR of chromo, god fkin damn.

yeah ive noticed the warm up time difference as well freaky fast but i do think the optimal should be larger it isnt about out ranging people..but in current dust where guns have ranges like 120m-cqc lr does deserve more than 30m where it works.
i think its wrong to call someone scrubby for thinking lr is up i think its underpowered..not dmg obviously..i have never ever asked for it to kill faster..but merely have a larger area of effect..no weapon in dust has only 30m where they work cept lr..
even smg covers a larger space
