So as it is now the uplinks look more like they are caldari equipment than amarr. If you look in the market, there is a grand total of 2 uplinks (1 aurum and 1 loyalty store) that are made by amarrian manufacturers. There are 7 uplinks made by caldari (who already make nanite injectors, repair tools, and nanohives aswell).
I could see one variant having the name of a caldari corporation, but instead there is only 1 variant made by the amarr.
Please reverse this, make it so that vizam and carthum make the majority of the proto uplinks, and make then give caldari 1 type.
I know, it is a small issue, it just really bugs me that amarr have by far the lowest amount of items in this game, and it appears as though uplinks were taken away from them in 1.7.
While there is no better place to be wealthy than the Gallente Federation, there is no hell worse for the poor either.

Repair tool is Minmatar if I'm not mistaken.
Caldari: Nanohives and Nanite Injector
Gallente: Active Scanner
Minmatar: Repair Tool, Remote Explosives and Proximity Explosives
Amarr: Drop Uplink

You are right, but the Lai Dai rep tool is manufactured by the caldari.

Honestly I have no clue, this side of the game makes zero sense to me.
A grenade that wipes out shield? shouldn't that be amarrian?
An armor repairing tool? Shouldn't that be gallente?

Cloaking devices in eve were originally guristas tech I believe, the state claimed the guristas stole them from the caldari navy but the reverse was true - this isn't the first time it's happened either. |

Why would the Caldari make an armor rep tool? This makes no sense, and CCP should change it...

Considering that Caldari State is made out of mega corporations, it makes sense that they manufacture "consumables" such as repair tools imo.
