I mean, I undestand that is 2% more in the rate of fire per level in all the races.
But I dont understand the 5% bonus in the damage mods.
I dont get it yet.
I'll put an example about how I do undestand it with an Charge Sniper:
Damage: 321 + 15% Proficiency level 5 + 25% 4 complex damage mods + 25% Minmatar assault bonus at level 5
Total: 529
Am I wrong?? Am I right?
Can someone explained please!

The bonus applies to the bonus that the damage mod provides, not to the weapon damage.
Complex damage mod: 10% bonus, right?
Well 10 x 1.25 (Minmatar assault skill bonus at V) = 12.5% damage bonus

10% on complex damage mod.
With minmatar assault bonus it's now 12.5%.
So it's like a complex and a basic mixed together.
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

Cat has it right, however each WONT be at the 12.5% b/c there are staking penalties to take into account
#1 10%= 10%
#2 10%=8%
#3 10%=6% |

Its so you can shield tank, and fit maybe one less damage mod yet still do the damage as if you had the aditional damage mod.
so before 3x damage mods 2x shield extenders, now 3x shiield extenders 2x damage mods, around the same damage as before but now with another shield extender. |

Just run a gal scout with a breach shotgun and cloak. One shot all the fools and slip away, reload and come back to do it again. |

I would personaly wait on that, CCP has strongly hinted at a Damage mod nerf and proficiancy only adding damage to armor or shields based on the weapons racial profile. |

Also have to take into account that damage mods were said to be re-balanced soon, so we're gonna have to re-do those calculations once those changes are implemented.
Buff passive scans & fix TTK!
