Gallente is like the armor variant of Minmatar, but they use their backup slots for scanners, tackle, or speed boosts.

Well...
Kin cats are in low slots, there are no tackle modules and they will probably be equipment anyway, and scanners are already in there but are equipment.
So yeah...
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

Amarr : Armor. (Heavy armor bricks face a Wall, face an Amarrian.)
Minmatarr : Speed / Hack. (Nasty they are the "special forces" class of BF)
