So I think there needs to be some highslot modules idea other than shields and damage mods, and maybe even a damage oriented lowslot module option for shield tankers.
Damage lowslot: Ammo Pack - +1/1/2 grenades, +10/15/25% more weapon ammo per pack. Only one allowed dropsuit. Drawback: decreased speed or maybe increased reload time?
Highslot ideas:
Scan range extender - +5/8/12m passive scan range per module. drawback: +5/7/10% increased scan precision per module.
Life Support - 1 per dropsuit. Active module that prevents bleedout countdown if active and increases dropsuit health resists to 75% (800 HP of base health). 1 min activation time and 30/20/10 sec cooldown.
Both would be valid options for more support oriented classes who aren't focused on getting kills but identifying hostiles or surviving to support squad members. |

An active module that makes a hologram of yourself appear next to you so the enemy doesn't know which one to shoot at.
I spent half my ISK on gambling, alcohol and wild women. The other half I wasted.

+1 for great idea. I've seen this in other games... it is indeed funny.

Im all for having three classes of module slots.
The more classes of module slots means more variation in dropsuit fittings and would be a good intermediate remedy to the low number of diverse dropsuits we have at the moment.
Don't have any ideas yet though, but I like the hologram idea since it would be a first step towards proper e-war in dust.
It would be useful f+¦r obvious reasons but not OP since it could be countered by splash damage weaponry (making the unloved massdriver more useful than it is now) |

We basically have 3.
In eve, your highslots are pretty much weapon slots and utility slots.
Equipment slots are your utility slots for the most part and and all suits have 2-3 weapon slots of various sizes if you include grenades.
So in a sense all suits have 3-5 weapon/equipment highslots. |
