From what I know, yes. Counts as a standard level scout suit. |

As long as it's the Dragonfly Scout suit and not the Assault suit I would say yes.

This. It's the same as a Scout G-1. Will get the gallente racial bonuses if ya got em skilled. I use it all the time. Nothing like killing a PRO suit with the old d-fly...you know that dudes blood pressure just went through the roof  |

Thanks for the responses, people. I love the Dragonfly Scout. I've got advanced knives on it, and the rest of my slots are filled with blue prints. 3k ISK per suit.
Took down a heavy tonight, and I had a huge grin while doing so. :)

According to my crappy math, with no scout skills but lvl3 dampning u should be able to dodge the 36 db scanner with one basic damp mod, or two adv gets you under 28db..... I think.... maybe....
