Well in this case I lost one Python in that match to 2 Swarms and a Forge hitting me all at once. Had me bouncing around inside the Research Lab like a pinball before I finally bailed.

heh...I do not really use them to attack people but I had my dropship on top of the communication outpost today and as soon as I start flying off I back out a bit and a enemy dropship trying to sneak up on me hits the tail end of mine only to crash and burn while I fly off into the sunset.

Got called a "fukin noob" and "OP" yesterday because my dropship killed this guys redline railgun tank when I proto-missiled his ass just in time to make it out of the danger zone.
Of course I just sat there and let out a long sigh.

Feels so damn good, man.
Watched some blue dots call in an orbital on a redline railtank, but he survived.
Then I swooped in and blew it up.
I didn't get hatemail, but that was an AURUM tank, and I know that guy had to be pissed.

Dodged a suicide DS and when it slowed to turn and try again I got over and as it started to climb, I descended onto it's nose. Flipped it over, it crashed and I flew away. |

Normally I'm raging at my derpship...I'm not good at hovering and aiming at people on the ground...taking dropships on air to air though, well...I've gotten only a few rage mails about it, most of the mails I've gotten in response to dogfights have been along the lines of "Good Fight." Personally, can't wait for fighters, till then I'm boots on the ground healing, dog-fighting in dropships, and providing heavy armor support...
Oh, and given the Ace Combat References I see on your profile, do you name your dropship fits after experimental aircraft? Because I'd love to see your X-02 fitting...oh and 118th was cool, but 108th FTW |

Now if only CCP removed the redline for aircraft... there wouldn't be any redline rail tanks in the first place

We need to have Commander-controlled MCCs and the ground-spawn removed first. That way you wouldn't even need a redline because the MCC would be a mobile protected spawn point.
