As a Matari Assault, especially with dual sidearms, I tend to be more like a scout then a frontline, so being near the squad isn't exactly what I should be doing, but nonetheless I see your point.

I am rebuilding my school as an underground asset combination. I will take 2-3 people personally under my wing and teach them my trade. I am currently lining up other people who do likewise with other trades. Padawans will only be cycled out when they have reached a bar their instructor sets for them, cycles may occur rarely so opportunities to be trained by BSOTT crew may be limited, jump on them as soon as you can.
There are no ISK payments to be made or any taxing or other such regulations to be enforced upon you. You will run with me frequently and learn my ways and become a part of my legacy.
The following people are also instructors. In game mail them and join the Bojo channel.
+Bojo The Mighty - Galscout, LAV - L.O.T.I.S. - Both Seats Filled
+ Icarus XIII - Minscout, Logistics - L.O.T.I.S.
+Pvt. Numnutz - Dropship + misc. - ???
Arkena Wyrnspire has yet to be reached for confirmation
BSOTT is no longer a corp but now a banner under which people of different trades will similarly train 2-3 other people for extended period. I will get other instructors on board as soon as possible but for now just reflect on the new BSOTT and the chance to have a dedicated instructor. This game has a steep learning curve that can be problematic and I'm here to help and so are others. Good luck.

Send me a mail in game, Tanker, already a part of the channel. If anyone needs help with tanking, or more specifically wants to drive a proto tank around (500K a pop), hit me up. Quite honestly tired of shooting people in the face.

There's a storm outside and the power went out for a good hour. Sorry we couldn't get many rounds in Tonight.
So my advice from this session is to make a few more fits and experiment like I told you and don't be afraid to put something like a dual damage module (if you even can) for a potentially radical AV saga... On second thought try the saga ii with a single damage mod. Just run around in weird fits I will front you a mill+ to just be familiar with your bounds.
Secondly run with lav research more often because it's healthier for your lav career to teamwork centric, makes you a more valuable asset to corps. But don't lose your self reliance skills though.

I have one seat open myself, for any trade I preach (Galscout, LAV, I'm pretty rusty on DS though I would recommend Numnutz instead)
Numnutz, a great pilot, has some spots available to him, would love to see some more crushing DS pilots.
Icarus may be a little busy though training corp recruits though but I can poke him.

@ Snow:
We should talk 1.8 when you can. I'm not going to bother attempting to teach you scout because you are in RON1N and lightning is like hands down better than anyone at scout (but don't let him drag you into speed tanking entirely!) + I'm pretty anti-caldari gear but only because I don't like the style.
Anyways, Xeon has told me that there are at least 6 people in the LAV RESEARCH that can be on at one moment so I definitely want you to partake in some of that. Also as far as equipment changes and respec I think we should have a small talk about that because given the chance I am going to change up my equipment a little.
Other than that stay golden and don't get pessimistic!

Hey Bojo......
As you can see I have restarted.......... again.
This time I am going for a Caldari Assault-Logi with lots of nanohives, and I do not feel like this is your area of expertise. I would like to actually get a proto suit in this game so I am going to have to put LAVs on the back-burner for a large amount of time. I also feel like I am confident enough in my own LAV skills to the point where a teacher really isn't necessary any more.
The point I am getting to is that you should give my spot as your Padawan to someone who should be a bit more consistent with their characters and who could use the help more than I.
Thank you for all that you have taught me, and if you ever want to squad I will always be in LAV Research.(I can not guarantee what name I will be using, but it should start with Snow)
Maybe one day the Snow will require your teachings to help it fall again, but for now, the Snow is fine on its own, and we don't want you to get frostbite.
