so i heard their changing the mimnatar assault bonus but i really wanted to make a suit based on it so i was thinking their should be a class like that it just seems fun
role bonus 5% mag capacity and total ammo of sidearms mimnatar 2% larger radius and dmg of explosives including equipment caldari -5% shield recharge delay ammar 3% armor and shield 5% efficiency of armor modules
light frame specialization slot layout h/l should be same as scouts or very similar std -2 side arm weapon slots 1 equipment 1 grenade adv and proto - 2 sidearm slots and 2 equipment slots
in comparison to scout it would have slighty (around 7%) more totol hp smaller shield recharge delay slower speed less stamina better shield regen higher scan scan signature lower radius lower precision
i dont know about pg/cpu
im not dead set on racial bonuses i just wrote things i though might help make them useful and unique

There's really nothing stopping you from making your own tanked scout or fast medium frame; other than the fact that only one playstyle is rewarded at a time in Dust. You do realize that you can equip two sidearm weapons, right? If you could dual wield sidearms, though... that would change everything. there changing min assault, although dual wield would be fun it would be nerfed day 1 and of course i can use 2 sidearms but i want to be able to effectively do it but not in an op way
