Your process does not mitigate the risk of the attack you are responding to.
You are ill equipped to host a lottery, even if this were legitimate.

Let's say you are offline, someone sends you 300k ISK and then i spam your wallet to where you can no longer see it, how will you know who entered the 300k ISK

10 Million - Not a huge amount but still a good bonus.
300k Tickets - Thats like 1 gamesworth. A very, very small amount.
Any future lotterys will be aranged better if your so concerned but this one will go ahead. |

You haven't yet established that the ticket sales will end when they reach the same value as the pot.... because you've failed to describe your process in any detail at all.

You can believe its a scam if you like, I'm telling you its not but if you dont believe me then dont bother. There is actually 10 mil available but believe what you will.

You should place a limit on the number of tickets purchased either by capping the ISK investment or stating there is a limited number of tickets to be purchased. Otherwise it'll blatantly easy for someone rich to buy the lottery.
