Probably, Remnant said there'll be an official dev post(s) detailing the planned changes for 1.8 in about a week or so, assuming all goes well. |

They confirmed that Scouts will be getting their Scan Profile reduced from the current level. That's a change in base stats.
Also confirmed that PG and CPU are being looked at for Scout suits.
Other things are probable also changing. |

CCP = Caldari Master Race
Gallente have and will suffer, Gallente Logistics is an exception to it all.
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

Gallente would be the best Logistics.
Caldari the best Assault.
Amarr the best Heavy.
Minmatar the best Scout.
Or something like that.
