Weird thing I have noticed
Killing people jumping out in flight. The ejectee doesn't seem to have the same velocity of the ship and can be slid into and killed instantly upon ejecting. I don't think collision damage or anything needs to be adjusted but it seems as if the person may need an adjustment/fix in jump velocity to get away from the ship. |

Me too. I thought I was the only one since I typically don't see suicides as DS go down. It definitely has to do with your speed when you bail.

I don't understand why there's any damage done to people jumping out of a car or dropship, just should be invulnerable to kinetic damage for a half second when leaving a vehicle.

But teammates jumping out should not be harmed, after all, it's a "drop" ship for a reason. Hot dropping needs fixed.

Typically I have found that exiting the vehicle coincides exactly with where you enter the vehicle. Due to this "feature?" I have been attempting to enter vehicles only from the back. In the case of dropships though it doesn't seem to matter lately. Any time I need to bail I am killed, but if I drop from someone else's DS I am ejected in front of it and suffer a death about 50% of the time. I am not sure how CCP intends to fix this but something needs to happen to make the DS more useful.

Technically even though you're in a flaming wreck, you're still traveling at the same speed when you jump out because of inertia, sooooo their physics is just broken lol, fix physics or compensate!
