of course extremly high pg/cpu but with scout lavs and dropships (i dought havs would ever get scout variant) getting a cpu pg reduction
personally id like to see them remain on untill someone ejects or shoots or the vehicle takes damage but if they get a cool down it will be good aswell

If I remember correctly you would be in a dropship battle when one suddenly cloaks

There's nothing to fear! People just need to understand how cloaks should work.
Any person that gets too close decloaks the cloaked player.
You can't shoot or use any active modsor equipment while cloaked.
You can't shoot for a few seconds after decloaking (specialized roles would eliminate this penalty)
Taking damage should decloak the cloaked player
