you want to leave then do it. dust has been at a steady player base for months and won't miss 1 more player. meanwhile we will continue to play and keep dust alive until that day when all the main content is revealed

I'm back in after having been forced into a one-year break by lack of PS3, and the main thing keeping me playing is having so many people to squad with on a regular basis. If I was trying to play this game solo, I'd probably just be playing a few matches every other day and only logging in daily to get the bonus SP. That said, judging by EVE Vegas and the recent correspondence posts we've seen from the CPM, I think we can expect CCP to bring a far more realistic outlook of Dust 514 to FanFest this year. Remember DUST was in development for 3 years before it even did a concept showing at it's first fanfest. Probably not a R* size development team.. yes.. but still this game is by no means younger then Planetside 2 which was running on the same development timeline... albeit different budgets. But Success breeds budgets. Most of the player base that came here for the initial DUST 514 vision. Are waiting for CCP Rouge's DUST 514 mission statement and what direction they are intending to take this game. Depending on what is said, could be the official straw that breaks the will to play DUST ever again and finally move on to a new title. Or it will bring back the players waiting in the shadows and re invigorate the community to the new DUST direction. It really is THAT important of a speech.

Wouldn't say steady player base we have steady new player accounts created. its making up for the people leaving. Maybe that's a business model that's working for CCP... who knows. Since 1.0 saw the biggest loss to DUST populations.. 1.3 was another big loss but jumped back up when CCP buffed strafeing speed in middle of August. Then they dropped 1.4 that officially killed the consistent player counts DUST had.. Now DUST is kinda dead except for the 2 peak times during the day. But rose colored glasses right?
