Yes, I have lovingly labeled and joked about my very own lottery as a scam. Yet, that is all a part of the mix of social mind games and challenges that I love to partake. I am Gallente after all. I digress and instead want to show you my master roadmap for how and where I want to take the Dust Challenge Lotteries. I will preface that I have spent a good deal of money on this game. I want to see it succeed, and to better accomplish this task I am reinvesting a megaton of my purchased assets back into the community. This is done to incentive more Dust 514 content creation and unique community interaction which is a win win for everyone. I don't own a capture card myself so I cannot recommend anything from experience, however, my research has pointed to the Elgato Game Capture Device as likely your best value.
